Disc Golf Records Of All Time

Disc Golf Set

The disc golf records are a list of the best players in the history of the sport. The most notable of these records include the longest throw, most wins, and the highest prize money won in a tournament.

Ken Climo is widely regarded as one of the greatest players in the history of disc golf. He won a total of nine PDGA World Championship titles during his career, earning the nickname “The Champ.” His career spans nearly two decades and is unmatched in terms of dominance among male disc golfers.

Aside from winning a staggering number of PDGA Majors, Climo also won the title of PDGA Male Player of the Year on three occasions, and he holds an impressive all-time ranking of #1. Although he was not the top-ranked player in every year of his career, he was always one of the most dominant players.

Simon Lizotte is another whose name stands out in the history of disc golf. He won the PDGA Men’s Open division for six straight years, and his victories at prestigious events like the Primm, Nevada High Desert Distance Challenge are considered to be legendary. He’s the only other player to have broken the 1,000-foot mark, and he did so during a wild morning that saw five other throwers travel more than 900 feet.

James Conrad won the 2021 World Championships with an epic throw-in that forced a playoff. But he’s also a hugely consistent player who has consistently ranked in the top 10 on the PDGA rankings.

During the course of his career, Conrad has won 140 professional rounds and has been a key part in the rise of the game. His consistency and abrasive approach to play have helped him build a strong fan base, and his wins and ranking have put him in the spotlight of the disc golf community.

David Wiggins Jr is an emerging star in the sport of disc golf. He has already made a name for himself with his putting and speed control, and he recently won the Latitude 64 Air Championship.

With the help of a strong sponsor, Wiggins has been able to develop his disc golf skills to become one of the top players in the world. He has over 100 professional wins and is currently ranked #2 in the United States Tour rankings by PDGA.

Aside from his success on the professional tour, Wiggins is a strong competitor at local tournaments as well. He has won the Colorado Disc Golf State Championship twice and finished in the top 10 at two other tournaments.

He grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana and has been playing disc golf since the age of 14. His signature disc is the Innova Latitude 64 Air, a rimmed, overstable mid range driver that is extremely reliable in all conditions.

During his senior year of high school, Wiggins earned the opportunity to travel to Emporia, Kansas for the Disc Golf Pro Tour. There, he met other players who would soon become friends and future teammates. The journey has been a long and rewarding one. Today, Wiggins has his sights set on becoming a disc golf legend.
